Customize your reports
You set the desired parameters, then
easily review the report to see if any of the exceptions
occurred. Flexible Exception Reporting can be requested
for daily, weekly or monthly distribution, or for a
specific date range. Reports can be delivered via fax,
email (text file) or mail.
There are nine different exception
categories from which to choose:
- More than X dollars spent in a
day
- More than X transactions which
occur in a day
- More than X gallons that are purchased
in a day
- Transactions which occur on Saturdays,
Sundays and holidays
- Transactions which occur outside
normal business hours
- Manual vs. electronic transactions
- Inactive vehicles
- Unauthorized fuel grades
- Non-fueling transactions
Pricing is based on the number of
exceptions reported during the reporting period.
