With Purchase Alerts, exceptions
are identified and emailed to you as they post to your
account. The transaction is approved, so your driver
stays on the road and business goes on without interruption
but you know quickly if there is a problem.
You can set up Purchase Alert parameters in three categories:
Number of transactions per day, transaction location,
state and day of the week
If your drivers usually only travel in Arizona, you
can set an alert to let you know if someone has made
a purchase in California. If your business runs Monday
- Friday, we will alert you if a purchase posted that
happened on a weekend. Or, if a driver makes one purchase
more than usual, you will be notified.
