Summary reports allow you to see
your data sorted by additional parameters. These are
provided at no additional cost.
Financial Summary
The Financial Summary Report shows
total purchases for the current period and year-to-date
by:
- Transaction type - retail, private
site, terminal, on-site mobile
- Total fuel costs by grade - regular,
premium or diesel
- Total non-fuel purchases
- Total ancillary fees
The report subtotals information
by department, shows average cost per mile and provides
a summary of card activity.
Site Summary
The Site Summary Report lists the
name and address information, along with the total cost
of fuel and non-fuel products, for each location at
which purchases were made during the reporting period.
Exception Summary
Summary data is provided for each
exception incurred within the reporting period. In addition,
we include a list of driver and vehicle additions or
terminations, plus the top 20 stations with the highest
frequency of manual transactions.
