The Vehicle Analysis Report (VAR™)
presents all your fueling and maintenance purchases
made with the Wright Express card. The VAR provides
all of the following information at a glance:
- Date, time and location of transaction
- Products and/or services purchased
- Odometer readings at time of purchase
- Unusual odometer readings
- Number of gallons purchased
- Total purchase amount
- Cost per mile
- Miles per gallon
- Exceptions to your fleet policies
The report package also includes
Financial Summaries and a Site Summary. The Financial
Summary reports total costs for the reporting period
and year-to-date, including fuel purchases by product
type, non-fuel purchases and ancillary fees. A count
of active and inactive cards is also provided for easy
reference. The Site Summary provides site address information
along with total costs for fuel and non-fuel purchases
made at each site.
