Manage by Exception
Track and enforce your fleet policies,
control fraud and unauthorized purchases by identifying
purchases outside your policy. The Exception Report
provides complete transaction data by vehicle, including
driver, location, date and time of transaction. You
choose the exceptions that you want reported and establish
the limits for each.
Available exceptions include:
- Cost per transaction
- Price per gallon
- Days
- Fuel type
- Gallons per month
- Gallons per transaction (a.k.a.
tank capacity)
- Hours
- States
- Number of transactions per day
- Fueling Days not allowed
The Exception Summary reports the
number of instances and cost impact for each type of
exception. This report also confirms driver and vehicle
changes, and lists the top 20 manual stations used by
your fleet.
You can get this report in
the mail or you can view it online.
