Tuition reimbursement program

This helps you pay for college in pursuit of an undergraduate or master’s degree.

WEX101 program

This enables you to learn directly from other Wright Express associates about our products and business.

On site Training

Provided through our curriculum of over 200 web-based courses and by our learning and development team. courses include business basics, computer skills and targeted business topics, teambuilding and self improvement programs.

Innovation training and tools

Innovation plays a critical role in moving Wright Express forward and associates are encouraged to bring their passion and creativity to new ideas, processes and products.  With an Innovation website and additional tools to help our associates learn how to successfully innovate and take risks, we support your efforts to innovate and be part of our continued success.

Management Development Program

New managers, managers new to Wright Express and high potential talent have the opportunity to develop fundamental management skills and practices they can apply on the job.
