With Wright Express, you decide what purchases to monitor or prevent on a single card or on multiple fleet cards. You can make controls as granular or as open as you need and they can be custom tailored to varying purchasing behavior throughout your organization.

The right mix of purchase controls can help you prevent unauthorized fueling and other purchasing behaviors. For instance, you can control fleet dollar-spend at the transaction level by timeframe such as day of week and time of day, and by product type including fuel, oil/fluids, parts/service, roadside assistance, quick lube and general merchandise.

The Wright Express Universal Fleet Card exception report captures complete transaction data by vehicle including driver, odometer, location, date and time. You choose and establish limits for exceptions including:
